New construction of this two story building with underground parking and renovation of existing building was completed in multiple phases. This office was responsible for the building shell and core areas, various tenant improvements where later completed.

This 2.5 acre site was designed to accommodate the transitory storage of shipping containers and build a new trailer chassis maintenance facility.
Working with architectural designer and member of the temple Nopporn Poochareon, our office was responsible for collaborating on the design and served as Architect of Record for this project.
The Theravada Buddhist Temple complex is a composition of five buildings containing places for worship, meditation and education. It is located in a rural area south of Miami and is a place where people are welcome to meditate and enjoy a moment of peace and quiet.
This new 440 seat- sanctuary addition to the church provides the desired interior spaces and contemporary vision of the congregation while being a good neighbor to the surrounding suburban homes.
